Started off the week well, thought i'd have a 4 mile run, down the hill, along the long straight road, then back up the (1 mile long) hill home again.
Took about an hour, then checked the slightly different - longer - route I took, which turned out to be 5 miles (well, 4.94 or somesuch). It was the hill that slowed it up. Didn't feel bad at all until I got to the top...
Will need to find an entirely flat route.
